The year-old's pink-and-black dress was designed by Project Runaway winner turned mentor, Christian Siriano. One side of the gown featured a long sleeve bodice, while the other was a white glove. The skirted bottom was half white and half pink, decorated with a red lip on one side. Now that's an eye-popping look! Half of the star's top featured a pearl eye, with a feather eyelash which opened and closed, thanks to some nifty mechanics.
