Asian waitresses go the extra mile

Food was served as ordered, MEA saw to that. The food here is every bit as delicious as their drinks. The specialty cocktails are pricey, but potent. I have never had a bad meal nor a bad drink. Very enjoyably energetic atmosphere. You should reserve if going on a weekend though.

Went with a friend about a week ago, who is veggie. As a vegan myself I find it tricky sometimes to order or ask for help from the servers so I usually opt for the easiest simplest dishes that need no change or mean no hassle. Been here a few times and never left disappointed. This time though waitress who served us-unfortunately I don't remember her name, she had very short almost shaved hair in the sides with a bun on top- was so extremely helpful, my friend and I were both so pleasantly surprised by her genuineness. She offered to change the little dishes on my thali to make sure I can try as many dishes as possible. She made sure these are all prepared with no meat or dairy and assured me that she will just speak to the chef and sort it for me. This is what I call customer service!!!

Thank you. You kept us up to date informing us that there was a party of 10 who had just ordered and that u would take our order very shortly allowing time for the kitchen to process the large order. You did this in a friendly and polite way and are a credit to the team at the cold harbour. Everyone was smiling and efficient but you seemed to go the extra mile.
